Founded by two senior women with extensive corporate experience and business acumen, I-Cubed provides tailored solutions to enable companies to transform themselves. In addition, I-Cubed also provides full change programmes that help organisations experiment and find ways of creating an inclusive agile workplace.
The company uses its imagination to respond to challenges and opportunities, and draws on its intelligence, cognitive and situational knowledge of intersectional inclusion to inform team dynamics.
