I-Cubed is a professional services company. Founded by two women with extensive corporate experience and business acumen, I-Cubed provides tailored solutions to enable companies to transform themselves. These include race equity transformational programmes, race intelligence training, diversity & inclusion awareness training using our established frameworks, designing and delivering onboarding inclusive programmes for teams, providing and supporting agility and enterprise coaches as well as carrying out agile inclusion audits. In addition, I-Cubed also provides full change programmes that help organisations experiment and find ways of creating an inclusive agile workplace.


The company uses its imagination to respond to challenges and opportunities, and draws on its intelligence, cognitive and situational knowledge of intersectional inclusion to inform team dynamics. 


I-Cubed is known for sourcing exceptional women to work on assignments of varying complexity. Using their prior experience, I-Cubed provides a blended accreditation process that assures clients that their consultants are highly capable and sensitive in their approaches to business transformation.
