Cultural transformation can be a complex and slow process however, it can and does have a tremendous positive impact on an organisation and its future if done well. It is an evolving and developing process that shifts an existing organisation’s culture by taking an introspective look at policies, commitments, systems, processes and behaviours and making changes that reflect the values and beliefs of the employees for the good of the organisation.
